RETURN AND CANCELLATION
Thanks for shopping at Palm Tree. Since our products include perishable items, we are unable to return or refund any of the products unless the product we deliver is damaged or of poor quality.
Even though our products go through various levels of quality check before it gets dispatched, by any chance if the product delivered by us is of poor quality or damaged, you could return the product in the same condition as you received it with the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it. If the product is found to be defective or damaged, we will process the refund along with any shipping fees incurred.
In a rare circumstance where the item received is wrong, you can return the item in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the original item, in case the original item is not available, we will process the refund.
Order once placed can only be cancelled within 2 hours from placing the order, you can write to our customer support team at email@example.com or WhatsApp us at +91- 9288 021 802. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 4-5 working days after the cancellation request. Once an order is dispatched, no cancellation will be entitled nor any modifications to orders will be made.
Please note: The mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances and the bank’s policy. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI or any 3rd party wallet please allow 5 - 7 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that.
